HAHA NOW I CAN PROUDLY SAY THAT I'VE ENTERED ZOUK AT 14. xDD
First time being in a nightclub! Now before you say I'm some paikia, I went there for Poetry Slam. So no clubbing that day! The ambience was super hip la lol, everywhere was dark and they've got these cute couches all over the place and a winebar at the back. I'll get the pics from kexin later and maybe post it up.
Anyway just to give an intro... Poetry Slam is NOT "going to Zouk to read poetry to boys" -_______- (thanks ah Coach, you are so trashy). It's like.. bringing across original poetry in this really cool way. Some people sang. So in a way it's like a performance. The RI Sec2 CAP performers were surprisingly well received! I didn't even know they were sec2 (cos no offence, they don't look sec2). The audience loved them because they were.. cute (being the youngest group) but really their poems were not bad! Though they lost to this pair of brothers called.. The Brothers. They were reeeeally really good.
We had to have like equipment check before we went in. -_- I brought my schoolbag and training bag la wth. Look so awkward I know. But what to do.
I tried a mocktail! xD For you clueless people, mocktails are like non-alcoholic cocktails. They don't come cheap like $10 for one >_> but buy one get one free lol so I share with kexin. I bought lime so it was sweet at the bottom and sour at the top and suuuuuuperrr nice. It's damn shiok sitting at bar, it makes you feel like an adult. x)
The people there were awesome. Esp. the CAPpers like dunno how many of them like Bleach/Naruto!! :D So cool, like me. It was just one big group, but they really made me feel at home. I was looking at choonhiang's black book and I was like OMG IS THAT A KUNAI?! And well, the rest, as they say, is history.
OHOHOH CHOONHIANG WATCHED AKAZUKIN CHACHA. at like 5 years old or something. HAHAHAHA I NEVER THOUGHT GUYS WOULD WATCH THIS KIND OF THING HAHAHA.
