training tmr training tmr training tmr FIIEEEEEEEELLLDING!!! i love coach's diamond drills. and the rest of his training la lol cannot slack one.
went with cous to ktv whooo. it was called nanyang karaoke box, in some ulu ulu part of jurong near a row of shops. the signs we followed read "nanyang seafood restaurant --> this way" but
nothing about a karaoke so i kept going ARE YOU SURE WE'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE ><. so when we finally found the place and entered, it was really damn scary at first glance cos it seemed like such a shady place. we had to go thru this really dim corridor with ktv lounges on each side to get to the freaking reception counter, which was right inside along with the restaurant. and the restaurant was kindof empty wonder where they get their revenue.
anyway one room all to ourselves + set LUNCH + cut fruit + nuts + cotton candy (mine) + potato chips (mine) damn song. the lunch was free la wth. sang for 3half hours, then i had to rush for tll (st00pid tuition) so we left. and the receptionist said we could've stayed til 5 T-T haiyah i waste money. the bill was $24.20 freaking ex. was checking receipt to see whether got calculation error then realised:

10% SERVICE CHARGE $2.40$8.40 FOR CRAP. no wonder the "restaurant" still survives.
feeling abit siao now. but abit sad. i dint know tt you'll couldnt eat heavy after exercising if not you'll gain weight very easily, so after my mum told me tt i was like WARGH WTH (i din say tt to her obviously.. but i eat alot after training T-T). boooooooo
theres this screening of GoF at Omnimax Theatre on tues morn 10am... tll ppl want to go so dont think im going for training tt day. anyway what else can i do besides rot in front of the comp and train?
someone tell me get a life.
